Analytics & Reporting
Reliatic's analytics layer exposes live platform data through configurable KPI dashboards, structured report templates, and a telemetry event stream. All reports draw from the same immutable data store as the operational platform—there is no separate reporting database to synchronise.
KPI Dashboard Widgets
The platform dashboard is composed of configurable widgets. Each widget is scoped to a facility, asset class, or tag list. Navigate to Dashboard → Customise to add, remove, and reorder widgets.

Percentage of assets in Compliant state over rolling 30/90/365-day periods. Broken down by facility or asset class.
Count of events by stage: Open → In Review → Artifact Created → Verified. Shows average time at each stage.
MTBF per asset class plotted over time. Declining trend triggers optional reliability review workflow.
Count of upcoming, overdue, and completed inspections by week. Segmented by inspection type and responsible engineer.
Time-to-escalation for governance events. Identifies patterns of late artifact creation across teams or asset types.
All KPI widgets refresh on a 5-minute polling cycle by default. Real-time streaming is available for governance event and compliance state widgets via the WebSocket endpoint. Configure under Settings → Dashboard → Refresh Settings.
Report Templates
Four standard report templates cover the primary stakeholder audiences. Each template can be scheduled for automatic generation and delivery, or generated on demand. Navigate to Reports → Generate to configure scope, date range, and output format.
Inspection Compliance Report
- Assets inspected vs. due, by facility and asset class
- Overdue items with days-overdue and responsible engineer
- Compliance deviation log for the period
- Trend vs. prior period
Risk Summary Report
- Risk profile by category (Safety, Environmental, Production, Financial)
- Top-N highest-risk assets with current score and trend
- Open risk events and their resolution status
- Risk acceptance register with expiry dates
Reliability KPI Report
- MTBF / MTTR / Availability per asset class
- Failure event count and breakdown by failure mode
- PM completion rate vs. scheduled tasks
- Cost-of-failure vs. cost-of-prevention trend
Governance Activity Report
- Governance events opened, resolved, and escalated
- Artifact creation SLA compliance (time from event to artifact)
- Mitigation actions by status and owner
- Expiring risk acceptances (next 30 days)
Data Export Formats
Any report or dataset can be exported in four formats. The same underlying data query produces all formats—there is no format-specific data loss or truncation.
Paginated, printable output with cover page, table of contents, and platform-generated digital signature. Includes all referenced data tables.
All underlying data in structured worksheets. Includes a Summary sheet, raw data sheets per section, and a data dictionary.
Flat export of any tabular dataset. Suitable for ingestion into PowerBI, Tableau, or internal data warehouses.
Structured JSON matching the platform API response schema. Includes metadata envelope with export timestamp and record counts.
Event Telemetry Stream
Reliatic publishes a structured event stream that external systems can subscribe to via webhooks or the event API endpoint. Each event includes a full payload with the context needed for downstream processing in BI tools, data warehouses, or custom alerting pipelines.
Configure webhook endpoints under Settings → Integrations → Webhooks. Event delivery is guaranteed-at-least-once with automatic retry on failure. See the Integrations guide for authentication and payload signing.
